They started from my hand engraved products, which only began as me having a play around with the tool. They were never meant to be a stream of income.
But they became my biggest sale, and I found myself spending too much time on them for pennies. So I evolved.
The design isn't like other brands either. It's made in a way you'd see moko on someone's skin. That's personal to me. I wanted to be a tattoo artist, but felt conviction through my beliefs. So instead of giving and receiving moko, I design them on my products.
That's the story behind every Kāinga Flask.
