By placing an order with Cootes Creative, you agree to the following:

Hand engraved mirrors and whakairo are unique and handmade — each piece may have slight variations. Kāinga Flasks and art prints are produced consistently.

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled and will provide a full refund in that case.

Cootes Creative is not liable for any delays caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched.
