Refund policy

At Cootes Creative, all sales are final.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at cootescreativ@gmail.com with a photo and your order details. We will do our best to make it right.

For custom commissions, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
